This session is for those who are just beginning their breathwork journey—or returning gently after a long time away from their bodies. It’s for the tender ones. The tired ones. The ones who’ve held their breath for too long and are ready to feel… just a little more.

What it offers:

A 20-minute breathwork experience that prioritizes presence over performance. With gentle guidance and a circular breathing rhythm, you’ll reconnect with your body, settle your nervous system, and begin to remember: you don’t need to fix anything to belong here.
